Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new shoes, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in a resalable condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear back into its original shoe box and secure it inside a shipping mailer or box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
